Valanx, the Darkin Axe
Innate: Valanx's armor is increased for 5 seconds whenever he takes physical damage; and his magic resistence whenever he takes magic damage.
Active - First Cast: Valanx summons a wheel of energy at the target location, facing in the target direction that spins violently for up to 3 seconds. Vector skill shot. Valanx and his allies can interact with the spinning wheel to climb into the maelstrom, immediately reactivating it.
Active - Second Cast: After the 3 seconds or upon reactivation, the wheel hurtles forward dealing damage to enemies it passes through.
Physical Damage::(+X% AD)(+X% AP)
Passive: Every 5 seconds (affected by cooldown reduction), Valanx's next attack will deal bonus damage plus an additional amount based on the targets AD or AP, depending on which stance.
Toggle: Valanx's empowered attacks deal bonus damage based on the target's AD.
