Armor and Magic Resistance
  • As with +% Base Mana Regeneration, the amount of bonus damage reduction gained from purchases is displayed in the tooltip.
  • For example, purchasing Null-Magic Mantle on a champion with 30 MR would show +25 Magic resistance (12.5%) . The next Mantle would show +25 Magic resistance (9%).
Critical Strike Chance
Based on Lukeatlook's changes to Critical Strike Chance.
  • Riot has stated their only real issue with crit are the small amounts that can decide early game - so remove the small amounts.
    • Critical Strike Chance and Critical Strike Damage runes removed from the game.
    • Brawler's Gloves removed from the game.
  • The pseudo-random now factors each champions separately from minions/monsters, and each champion individually. All minions and monsters are treated as a single entity.
  • The base amount of bonus damage dealt by critical strikes reduced to 100% base AD from 100% TOTAL AD. This is referred to as Critical Strike Damage, and is distinct and in addition to the standard damage from the attack.
    • Item Tooltips - Critical Strike: You have a chance to deal bonus damage equal to 100% of your base attack damage.
  • Unique Passive - Spellblade now grants 100% critical strike chance on your next attack. This bonus will be lost once you critically strike - so it won't be abused by abilities such as Judgment, unless that's an okay abuse-case?
  • The following items grant the following Unique Passives: These unique passives are not named effects, which allows them to stack with each other.
    • Iceborn Gauntlet - Critical strikes deal an additional (75% total armor) damage. Additionally, your critical strikes deal physical damage in an area around your target equal to 100% base AD (+75% total armor) and creates a slowing field. The radius is halved on ranged champions.
    • Infinity Edge - Critical strikes deal an additional (100% bonus AD) damage.
    • Lich Bane - Critical strikes deal an additional (50% AP) damage. Additionally, your critical strike damage is converted into magic damage and will apply spell effects. You now get to see Fizz's critical strike animation!
    • Trinity Force - Critical strikes deal an additional (100% base AD) damage.
  • The above Maximum Critical Strike Damage versus the live Infinity Edge/Trinity Force combination is 200% base AD (+75% total armor) (+100% bonus AD) (+50% AP) versus 250% base AD (+150 bonus AD). Note that both of them also deal standard attack damage as well as the Critical Strike Damage.
  • Existing Champion Interactions
    • No changes to GangplankSquare Gangplank's Parrrley and PantheonSquare Pantheon's Certain Death.
    • GarenSquare Garen's Judgment now deals 0.5% bonus damage for every 1% of his critical strike chance.
    • Master YiSquare Master Yi's Alpha Strike now deals 0.6% bonus damage for every 1% of his critical strike chance.
    • ShacoSquare Shaco's Deceive 「 no longer modifies the damage dealt. This could be compensated with some base damage. 」「 now modifies the 100% base AD to 100 / 112.5 / 125 / 137.5 / 150 % base AD. 」
    • TryndamereSquare Tryndamere's Battle Fury is pending changes.
    • YasuoSquare Yasuo's Intent no longer reduces Yasuo's critical strike damage.
    • YasuoSquare Yasuo's Steel Tempest now deals 0.75% bonus damage for every 1% of his critical strike chance.

Spell vamp
  • Area of effect abilities no longer have diminished healing on champions and monsters.
  • Revised Tooltip - Spell Vamp: Ability damage heals you for a percentage of the damage dealt. Healing is only one-third effective on area of effect damage dealt to minions.

This item has all the same issues of Deathfire Gasp on assassins - more front-loaded damage.
  • Charge is no longer generated while moving.
  • Charge will now deplete if you have not dealt or received damage in the last 10 seconds.
  • Charge will now generate passively while in combat, at an increased rate while moving.
Maw of Malmortius
  • Attack damage reduced to 50 from 60.
  • Magic resistance increased to 50 from 40.
  • Now grants 1 AD for every 1.5% of missing health (up to 50), from 1 AD for every 2% (up to 35).
Mikael's Crucible
  • Recipe: Quicksilver Sash + Chalice of Harmony + 450g = 2300g.
  • Cooldown reduction removed.
  • Magic resistance increased to 50 from 40.
  • Revised Active - Quicksilver: Removes all crowd control and other debuffs from the target allied champion. While unable to activate items, Quicksilver will self-cast by default. (180 second cooldown). The cooldown of Quicksilver is halved if used on yourself.

Morellonomicon
  • Grievous wound removed.
  • Now grants Unique Passive - Transmutation: Your mana regeneration is increased by 1% for every 1% of your health that's missing.
  • Now grants Unique Active - Invoke: You summon a spectral wraith to assist you for the next 20 seconds. (60 second cooldown) The wraith has 5 health, takes 1 damage from champion basic attacks and area of effect abilities; 2 damage from single target, damage-dealing abilities; and 3 damage from tower basic attacks. The spectre attacks enemies at 650 range, dealing 20 + (5 * level) (+15% AP) magic damage on-hit. You can command the wraith by reactivating Morellonomicon.
  • Morellonomicon can be enchanted with Perseverance mastery Famine, Summoner's Insight mastery Pestilence and Spell Weaving mastery Wrath. at the cost of 975g. Each enchantment will increased the wraith's health to 10.
    • Perseverance mastery Famine: The wraith now deals bonus damage equal to 5% of the target's current health.
    • Summoner's Insight mastery Pestilence: The wraith now steals 15% of its target's movement speed on its attacks.
    • Spell Weaving mastery Wrath: The wraith now deals double damage to neutral monsters and structures.
Nashor's Tooth

  • Active is now named Battle Cry.

Runaan's Hurricane
  • Damage dealt by secondary bolts now scales with critical strikes.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter
  • New recipe: Needlessly Large Rod + Haunting Guise + 600g = 3400g
  • Ability power increased to 120 from 100.
  • Now grants Revised Passive: Dealing ability damage steals 35% of the target's movement speed for 1.5 seconds (15% for ranged casters). The stolen movement speed will stack additively but cannot exceed 140 bonus movement speed. The bonus rapidly decays to 20 over the duration.

  • Now grants Unique Passive: Moving increases your critical strike chance by 10% for every 100 units moved. This bonus is reset once you critically strike.

  • Grants 60 ability power, 300 health, 50 armor and 100% base health regeneration.
  • Grants Point Runner.
  • Grants Unique Active - Supremacy: For the next 8 seconds, you gain control of allied minions that come within 1100 range. Minions under your influence gain 20% bonus attack speed and massive bonus movement speed. Minions under your control will behave like Spiderlings - follow you around and attack your attack target.
Youmuu's Ghostblade
  • New recipe: The Brutalizer + Cloak of Agility + 333g = 2400g
  • Critical strike chance increased to 20% from 15%.
  • Armor penetration removed.
  • Critical strikes now reduced the item's cooldown by 3 seconds.
Warmog's Armor

  • Combine cost increased to 780g from 480g.
    • Total cost increased to 2800g from 480g.
  • Cooldown reduction increased to 20% from 10%.
Wit's End
  • New Recipe: Recurve Bow + Emblem of Valor + 650g
  • Now grants 50% base health regeneration.
  • Unique Passive - Valor: Basic attacks generate a shield that mitigates the next 30 magic damage, stacking up to 300. If you have not taken damage from an enemy champion in the last 9 seconds, the shield will generate at a rate of 10 per second. For every 10 magic damage mitigated by Valor, you gain 1% attack speed for 3.5 seconds. This bonus stacks additively up to the cap.
Zeke's Herald
  • Recipe: Guardian's Horn + Raptor Cloak + 700g = 2550g
  • Now grants 100% health regeneration.
  • Now grants 40 armor.
  • Cooldown reduction removed.
  • Passive removed.
  • Now grants Unique Passive - Point Runner: Grants 30% bonus movement speed that builds up over 2 seconds while moving toward turrets (including fallen turrets) and Rally Points.
  • Now grants Unique Passive: Nearby enemy spell casts reduce the cooldown of Rally by 1 second.
  • Now grants Unique Active - Rally: Summons a beacon at the target location for 8 seconds that grants nearby allied champions 50 bonus damage versus champions and structures, and Point Runner. (60 second cooldown; 800 cast range; 1100 aura range)
    • The standard can be targeted by allied dash abilities.
    • The standard grants sight over a 700-unit area.
    • The activated portion of Zeke's Herald counts as a support ability for the purposes of granting assists.
Zephyr
  • New Recipe: Zeal + The Brutalizer + 413g = 2850g
  • % movement speed removed.
