To Do List

I personally can't stand Negatron Cloak, Giant's Belt and Chain Vest. Upgrading shouldn't just give more raw stats because more stats shouldn't be the solution to the problem. There should be decision making. With the introduction of my Emblem of Valor (above) I've completely parsed out Negatron Cloak - and I intend to do the same with the other "Basic+" items.

  • Active - Healing Potion: Regenerates 5 health and 3.33 mana every half-second for 15 seconds, restoring a total of 150 health and 100 mana.
  • Holds 5 charges that are refilled upon spawning. Picking up Health Relics will restore 3 charges, automatically consuming any that exceed the cap.
  • Availability: Howling Abyss
Corrupting Potion
  • Kills and assists will now restore 1 charge, automatically consuming any that exceed the cap.

Caster itemization

Ardent Censer
  • Combine cost increased to 850g from 550g.
    • Total cost increased to 2400g from 2100g.
  • Ability power increased to 60 from 40.
  • Passive will now trigger on all allied-benefiting abilities changed from just shields and heals - e.g. Bulwark, Tidecaller's Blessing and Hymn of Valor.
    • Due to NamiSquare Nami's Surging Tides, each of Nami's abilities can trigger Ardent Censer - but sometimes abuse cases make both the item and the champion healthier.
Athene's Unholy Grail

Spell Vamp

Overview
  • Spell Vamp is no longer a champion statistic and is now a named item effect. Other sources of Spell Vamp will grant a similar effect, but it will not be named "Spell Vamp".
  • Spell Vamp now heals for 100% of the damage dealt without restriction based on ability type, but there is now a maximum amount that you can heal over a period of time. For example, Unique Passive - Spell Vamp: You restore health equal to 100% of the ability damage you deal. Healing from Spell Vamp cannot exceed 12 + (1 × level) (+8% AP) over a 6 second period.
    • The reservoir replenishes at the same rate that you consume it, not based on a static regeneration value. If you use all the healing instantly: it will all become available 6 seconds later. If you use half of the healing and then 2 seconds later you use another half, it will regenerate in the same way. Essentially, every 1 point of healing has an independent 6 second cooldown.
Death's Dance
  • Health restoration passive removed.
  • Now grants Unique Passive - Spell Vamp: You restore 12 + (1 × level) (+8% bonus AD) health every time you deal physical damage. Health is only restored once per instance, regardless of how many targets are hit.
Hextech Revolver
  • Unique Passive - Spell Vamp: You restore health equal to 100% of the ability damage you deal. Healing from Spell Vamp cannot exceed 12 + (1 × level) (+8% AP) over a 6 second period.
Hextech Gunblade

Lee SinSquare Lee Sin's Iron Will
  • No longer grants spell vamp and there is no compensation.
MorganaSquare Morgana's Soul Siphon
  • In my Morgana rework, I removed spell vamp from hit kit. Below is a change relative to the live server.
  • Morgana restores health equal to 3 / 5 / 7 % of the damage she deals, 「 which is tripled on Dark Binding 」「 which is tripled versus champions 」.
RyzeSquare Ryze's Desperate Power
  • In my Ryze rework, I removed spell vamp from hit kit. Below is a change relative to the live server.
  • Ryze restores health equal to 15 / 18 / 21% of damage he deals with his abilities versus his targets, and one-third of that amount from damage dealt to secondary enemies.
Healing Amplifiers
  • Healing amplifiers, such as Spirit Visage, will increase the health restored by spell vamp but the bonus healing will not count toward the cap.
Runes
  • Quintessence of Life steal and Quintessence of Spell vamp runes removed.
  • Quintessence of Restoration added: +1.5% Healing from damage dealt.

Bilgewater
Murksphere - REWORKED!
  • Availability: Now available on all modes.
  • Costs 350 Gold.
  • Grants 8% attack speed.
  • Grants Unique Passive: Every third consecutive attack against an enemy champion is guaranteed to critically strike with -60% bonus critical damage.
  • Grants Unique Passive - Swindle: Critical strikes against champions grant 10 Gold.
Note
  • Murksphere applies an visual marker to targets akin to Organic Deconstruction, which is visible only to the item holder and the marked champion. The mark will fade after 6 seconds of not attacking or if you trigger an RNG critical strike.
  • RNG critical strikes will not be affected by damage reduction but will still grant the bonus gold.
  • Presently, other examples of guaranteed critical strikes can potential deal less damage than RNG critical strike - e.g. a rank 1 Deceive will do only 140% damage even if Shaco has 100% critical strike chance. It is possible that the system could be updated to have the RNG dice be rolled even on guaranteed critical strikes - although one could argue the reliable damage early game is the trade-off for the once-in-a-blue-moon situations.
Swindler's Orb - REWORKED!

  • New Active - Leagion: Creates a 375-radius barrier around yourself for 5 seconds that shields allies within the barrier from incoming damage. The barrier will break after absorbing 50 + (10 × level) per ally within 1100-units on activation, up to 250 + (50 ×  level) damage (5x5 Summoner's Rift).
    • The shield-strength is shared by all allies within the barrier, rather than each ally gaining a smaller shield. For instantaenous area of effect abilities, all allies will receive an equal portion of the shield.
    • The barrier is centred on the caster and will move with them.
    • The shield does not mitigate non-damaging effects nor does it redirect the effects to the caster.

Locket of the Iron Solari

  • Revised Active - Quicksilver: Places a spell shield on the target ally and yourself that blocks the next enemy ability within 1.5 seconds. 90 second cooldown. If there is no valid target under the cursor, Quicksilver will automatically select the nearest allied champion. The cooldown is reduced to 45 seconds if there were no allied champions nearby.

  • Grants Unique Passive: Units kills reduced the cooldown on Flesheater by 1, increased to 5 seconds on champion takedowns. Every 5th unit killed replenishes 50 (+75% AD) health.
