Skitter has access to both melee and ranged attacks, depending on her target's proximity, and are classified as such for items and masteries.
Skitter is accompanied by her swarm, a portion of which will separate from her on her ranged attacks, which is mechanically similar to Azir's standard/command attacks. The swarm will not return to Skitter between attacks, although this has no impact on Skitter's attack speed.
Innate: Skitter's insects grant her the ability to see into brush as well as granting sight around terrain.
Additionally, Skitter's sight radius increases based on some mechanic.
For every 1% of her missing health.
Whenever an ally dies.
For every enemy nearby.
Or, has double the standard sight radius and it's reduced for every nearby ally.
Active: Skitter and any nearby decoys begin channeling, unleashing a torrent of insects toward the target location for the next 3 seconds that deals magic damage to the first enemy hit at 0.25 second intervals. Relentless Assault will pass-through enemies previously damaged. Skitter may activate Decoy during the channel without interrupting it.
Passive: Skitter's melee attacks deal bonus physical damage while her ranged attacks deal bonus magic damage.
Active: Skitter lays a trip wire between two pieces of terrain, up to 900 units in either direction of her. Weaver will not cast unless it would create a trip wire. Enemies who walk over the wire are harshly slowed and revealed.
Bonus Physical Damage:10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 % AD
Bonus Magic Damage:5% (+3% per 100 AP) of target's current health
Slow: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 %
Active: Skitter commands an indistinguishable decoy of herself to path to the target location, where it will remain indefinitely. Decoys last indefinitely but will disperse if they exceed Skitter's vision radius. If attacked by a champion or turret, or if it collides with an enemy, the swarm will dissipate and poison surrounding enemies for 3 seconds.
Swarm Decoy uses a stock system with a maximum reserve of 2.
Recharge: 19 / 18 / 17 / 16 / 15
Active: Skitter's sight radius is reduced to 550 units and she loses allied vision for the next 15 seconds, during which time Arthrovoyance will not increase her range. Any non-champion unit that comes within range is enslaved, becoming an autonomous minion as well as granting Skitter their vision radius. Champions who are stunned while in range will be enslaved for the duration, instead, both allied and enemy.
