Saylan The Scarlet Slayer is a melee rogue/duelist.

Oh and this is comparable to a giant block of text TL;DR I need to cut the text shorter but I don't know where to cut it :( I was also wondering if anybody could make a reference art to him since the current picture is the one closest to what I was looking for.

Passive: Sayran's damaging abilities (including modified attacks) against enemy champions apply stack(s) of Bloodflow for 10 seconds up to 5 + (1 x Death by Blood's rank). Sayran can then attack afflicted champions healing Sayran for 「 3 - 20 」「 3 - 20 (based on level) (2 +1 at each level) 」 (+ 2% AD) (+ 0.25% Saylan's missing health) for each stack and deals the same amount as true damage to target champion, consuming all stacks. Bloodflow cannot be applied to the same champion for 10 seconds.

Notes:

Max amount of stacks on one target is 16 at R rank 3, since E doubles current amount of stacks on target. Amount of stacks can not be increased if over the cap when increased by his E, it only increases current amount of stacks not the cap. Bloodflow is applied only on the first tick of AoE damage. Highest damage/healing is equal to 320 (+ 32% AD) (+ 8% Saylan's missing health)

Active: Saylan impales all enemies in an elongated cross dealing physical damage and briefly Root icon impaling them (0.1s). Enemies hit by the secondary part of the ability (parts of the cross that are not in target direction) are Slow icon slowed by 45% for 1 seconds instead.

Notes:

The cross shape is like LucianSquare Lucian's Ardent Blaze but with one of the points (the target direction one) 500 range while the 3 others are 300 range. The root is does not actually hinder the targets it is meant to stop any current actions the targets are doing.

Death's Whisper: Saylan blinks to target enemy champion marking them for 5 seconds, dealing physical damage and doubling the amount of Bloodflow stacks on the target.

Scarlet Dance: Saylan Slow icon slows marked champion by a percentage equals to 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100% of their missing health decaying to 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25% of their missing health over 5 seconds. While slowed target champion also takes damage based upon Saylan's current health. Additionally Saylan's basic attacks against them gain 200 range (325 total) and will blink him behind his target.

  • Death's Whisper physical damage: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 50% bonus AD)
  • Scarlet Death bleed damage: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100% target's base AD (+ 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15% of Saylans current health)
  • Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds
  • Cost: 3/6/9/12/15% of current Health
  • Range: 650

Notes:

Bloodflow stacks are only doubled for up to 5 seconds, the same as the mark's duration. The base damages are low but this ability is mostly for its utility (the reason I added damage at all is so that the slow would have some effect if you did it while they were at full health). The scaling slow is to encourage a little planning before you just mindlessly reactivate it. The blink part of the ability is a why the ability is called Scarlet "dance"

Passive: The number of passive stacks is increased to 6/7/8

Active: Upon activating Saylan gains 40 / 60 / 80% increased attack speed for 20 seconds. He can then reactivate it 3 times modifying his next 3 attacks in the next 20 seconds (total timer).

  • First Cast: Saylan gains 325 range (450 total range) blinks ~250 range towards his target dealing physical damage based upon their current health.
  • Second Cast: Saylan deals bonus magic damage based on targets max health.
  • Third Cast: Saylan blinks ~250 range behind his target dealing physical damage based upon target's missing health.

  • First strike physical damage: 75 / 97.5 / 120% AD (+ 10 / 15 / 20% targets current health)
  • second strike magic damage: 50 / 75 / 100% AD (+ 5 / 7.5 / 10% target's max health)
  • Third strike physical damage: 25 / 75 / 125% AD (+ 5 / 10 / 15% target's missing health)
  • Total physical damage: 150 / 247.5 / 345% AD (+ 10 / 15 / 20% target's current health) (+ 5 / 7.5 / 10% target's max health) (+ 5 / 10 / 15% target's missing health)
  • Cooldown: 150/125/100 seconds

Notes:

This was very messy but it gets the point across. I wanted an ability that could make Saylan a good duelist. I'm not totally sure if the strikes should be in this succession, random or if you could scroll through them by reactivating it multiple times. I changed this to a reactivation ability instead of the next consecutive attacks so it would be easier to chain his Q with it.

Strategy

So Saylan is meant to be a more mid~late game focused champion, chaining his abilities to kill an opponent. Basically a combo of what you want to do post 6 is activating your R and using its first cast to blink to an enemy Q them W and R R, E could be used to chase them if they survive. This combo would maximize the damage dealt by his the first and third part of his R.
