Haveris, The Ionian Tracker
Nobody can hide forever, and when I find them they will die
Even as a youth Haveris enjoyed tracking animals through the foliage in Ionia. He spent many days away from the rest of the people in his village tracking dangerous creatures for fun, until one day he noticed all the animals fleeing from the forest so he decided to investigate. After a long trek he came upon the noxian army. Haveris was instantly alarmed by the giant congregation of soldiers so he ran as fast as he could back to his village only to find it in smoldering ruin.
Resolve of the Tracker
Resolve: Haveris's basic attacks and abilities apply 2 / 1 mark(s) to units damaged. Up to a maximum of 5 stacks. Stacks last for 5 seconds and grant standard sight of them.
Hunt Haveris gains 2 / 3 / 4% movement speed for each stack while moving towards marked champions. When Haveris applies 5 stacks he deals 50 / 75 / 100% AD bonus damage, gains true sight and his abilities gain bonus effects against them.
active:} Haveris dashes perpendicular to target unit and releases a hail of arrows towards it in a 75⁰ reverse cone (centre is target's location) dealing physical damage to all enemies hit. If the targeted unit has 5 stacks on it the dash range is increased and the cooldown is reduced by 2/3/4/5/6 seconds (Cone is increased to 140⁰).
Fleeting Fire can't be cast unless you can target an enemy unit.
Run Them Down
active: Haveris gains increased total movement speed for 4 seconds. During this duration you have the ability to re-activate Run them down to end the movespeed bonus. If reactivated Haveris's next attack gains bonus range, dashes him to his target and briefly rooting them.
If the attacked target has 5 marks applied, they are silenced for 1.25 seconds and slowed by 40% for double the root duration.

Active: Haveris throws a glaive in target direction which deals physical damage and reducing the armor of targets hit for 5 seconds. The glaive bounces every time it hits an enemy bouncing towards a random unit within 500 range. The glaive can bounce 4/5/6/7/8 times. If the first enemy hit has 5 stacks of his passive on it, it will increase the missile speed by 40/40/60/60/100% and bounces will prioritize champions.
Note that the glaive can bounce to the same target multiple times.
The glaive is not targeted and will travel in a line towards the target and can miss if the target moves away from the targeted location. The glaive does not need to hit the chosen target. Armor reduction stacks multiplicatively.
Instantly applies 5 stacks of Resolve to all champions Haveris could have vision on for an increased duration. Ranger's Esteem also further enhances his basic abilities.
Fleeting Fire: Now poisons any target hit dealing bonus magic damage over 3 seconds. Basic attack extend the duration of the poison for 1 seconds for maximum of 3 bonus seconds.
Run Them Down: Also ghosts Haveris for the duration and the dash deals bonus physical damage.
Glaive Ricochet: Becomes an auto-targeted ability if the initial skillshot hits.
