Once you've trigger the per-champion effect, damage to non-champions will not increase nor refresh the bonus attack speed. You must wait for the 4 seconds to expire before interacting with minions once more.
Ferox deals physical damage to all enemies in a cone and slows their movement speed by 80% for 1 second. The slow decays over the duration.
If Power Siphon damages an enemy champion, Ferox steals some of their attack damage for 6 seconds.

Active: Ferox blinks to the target location, dealing magic damage damage to surrounding enemies on arrival. Hyper Drive deals 1% increased damage and has 1.5% increased range for every point of charge.
Basic attacks against champions will reduce the cooldown of Hyper Drive by 1 second (3 seconds on critical strikes).
Passive: Upon taking lethal damage, Ferox is reborn in fire for a few seconds during which time he can reap vengeance upon his enemies. While in this form, Ferox is invulnerable and his basic attacks refresh the duration of the effect by 0.4 seconds.
