Debris periodically appears around Ballistic, influenced by the carnage of battle.
Ballistic's basic attacks against debris or airborne enemies will send them hurtling away, stopping and dealing physical damage to the first enemy they strike. If Ballistic's target was an enemy, they will take bonus physical damage on hitting an enemy, terrain or structure (Ballistic cannot knock enemies through terrain or structures).
Physical Damage:40 − 100 (based on level) % of his attack damage
Well they don't call me Ballistic for my dashing good looks.

Active:Ballistic ruptures the ground at the target location. If an enemy is caught, they take physical damage and are knocked up for 0.75 seconds. If not, a piece of debris is created.
Active: For the next 0.75 seconds, Ballistic intercepts and halts all projectiles that could strike him. If at least one champion-sourced projectile is blocked, a piece of debris is created in front of him.
Active:Ballistic intercepts and halts the next hostile projectile that could hit him within the next 1.5 seconds, excluding lesser minions, monsters and structures. If Ballistic halts a projectile, a piece of debris is created in front of him.
Active:Ballistic releases a shockwave that radiates outward at 1600-speed, destroying all hostile projectiles that it hits within a 600-unit radius. Champion-sourced projectiles destroyed by Stalwart will leave debris on the ground, up to 1 per enemy champion.
Cooldown: 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 / 8
Notes:
"Halts" is flavour-text for "destroys", except that the projectile-artefacts build up in front of Ballistic as if forming a barrier of rubble.
