Passive: Arlocke periodically summons a Dread Spirit, up to 3.
Active: Arlocke's next attack deals bonus damage and consumes his Dread Spirits, applying additional effects based on the number of spirits consumed. The effects accumulate.
One Spirit: Slows the target by 80% that decays over 3 seconds.
Two Spirits: Restores health equal to 15% of the damage (pre-mitigation).
Three Spirits: Fears the target for 0.5 / 0.75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 seconds.
Passive: Targets with their back to Arlocke generate Dread stacks every few seconds, stacking up to 3 times. The stacks will linger for only 0.5 seconds upon turning to face Arlocke. This passive is unavailable while on cooldown.
Active: Arlocke tugs at the souls of surrounding enemies, slowing them for a few seconds. Enemies at 3 stacks of Dread will be rooted instead.
